Introducing Ollie! Ollie is an Australian Shepherd pup born in August of 2019. Ollie participates in ongoing training to learn how to channel his fun puppy energy into useful therapy skills. Treats, pets, and squeaker toys are among some of Ollie’s favorite things.

Why AAT (Animal-Assisted Therapy) at The Creative Counseling Group:

Attending a therapy session can be difficult. An animal can lower the stress associated with attendance and help to facilitate ongoing mental health treatment. While optional, including an animal could benefit a range of conditions in both children and adults. All precautions are considered for safety. The animal undergoes trainings, treatments, and health checkups.

Veda was our original therapy dog here at The Creative counseling Group. She joined us in 2015 and served up until her untimely passing in 2019. She helped many people to feel at ease while at our clinic. She is greatly missed, but her memory lives on in the hearts and minds of all of those she touched.
